Vintage Black Velvet Side Zipper Vicki Lynn Tank

This is an incredibly beautiful Black Velvet Tank Style Top by Vicki Lynn. Sized a 34. Has gorgeous diamond embellishments throughout the year scalloped collar area. Super cute for summer time. Would look great dressed up or down. Appears this may have gone with a skirt at some point a long time ago. No rips or tears, but it could use a light surface cleaning as there’s a few marks - comes from a smoke free home. Measures 20” from top of shoulder to bottom hem and is 15” armpit to armpit
