Vintage Black Velvet Oversized Dress

Really unique black velvet dress- vintage California Girl. Fits like a tunic dress. Snap closure about 3/4 down the front of the dress. Snaps at the bottom of sleeves. Short 3/4 sleeves. Inside has silky lining. No real flaws other than that it is vintage. Inside does have loose strings and some unfinished edges. Wears best like a tunic on a small frame XS-S. 20” armpit to armpit 19.5” across waist 20” across hips 39” length 20” sleeves
