Vintage Black Velvet Mini Dress with Silver Broach

Black, velvet, off-the-shoulder mini dress. No size tag on dress, but fits like a US 4/6. No stretch to the material. Straps with stretch to allow for hanging the garment or added support when wearing. Thick enough at the top that a bra is not necessary. Some spots on the velvet at the bottom of the front and back as depicted. Price reflects these spots.
