Vintage Black Velvet Hat

This hat is so hard to picture. Details will not show up well. This hat is collapsible with 3 tiers so it can be worn scrunched up or extended. Black grosgrain ribbon that may need pressing. The black velvet is in great Vintage condition with no holes or wear that I see. The lining is in good shape. No tears. Union made label. Non smoking home.
