Vintage Black Striped 80’s Popover Sweater

1980’s vintage popover sweater. No tags. No size/brand/material/care tags. It feels like a soft acrylic blend fabric. Slight drop Sleeve. Some light pilling. One minor hole of the sleeve. One “knot” near the armpit. Both are pictured. Bright royal blue, white as black. The stripes look like arrows or feathers. Vibrant colors. I guessed conservatively with size.
