Vintage Black Silk Blouse with Rhinestone buttons

Mark Heister 100% Silk, lined tunic-length blouse with large-ish rhinestone buttons. Size M. Maybe 80's. Has shoulder pads. Length 28" nape to hem. Shoulders 16.5". Sleeve 30" (to C.) Note. There's a very light lighter spot on the front, that isn't terribly noticeable except in certain light.
