Vintage Black & Red High Waisted Lace Panel Midi Goth Steampunk Skirt XS

Gorgeous One of a kind vintage skirt! Very goth/Victorian/steampunk vibes. Brand- New Donna No size or care tags found. Small tag under brand label says 38🤷🏼‍♀️. The waist is quite tiny so I would consider this equal to an XS( please see specific measurements below) In very good pre loved condition. Fabric seems more soft and delicate and is prone to loosening threads of the raised pattern. There are a few areas (mainly near hemline)where threads have loosened but it very hard to tell unless looked at up close. There may be other loosened threads that I missed as the fabric hides the imperfections well.(please see photos for examples. Sold as is) Opulent fabric in black with a raised/textured red pattern, soft and flowy. Feels almost like a thick gauze.
