Vintage Black Peplum Top

This is a beautiful vintage top from the high end Bullock's Wilshire department store. Drape neckline. Peplum bottom ( back in style). Zips up in back and has hooks and a button at the bottom ( loose but an easy fix). Material not marked but is lightweight like chiffon.
