This is from my personal collection and I removed the tags because they irritated my skin. I no longer remember the brand. I wear a size small/medium and this one measures 19” ptp and 15” at the lace defined empire waist. It has beautiful lace straps lace bordering the bodice. There are no snags or tears that I could find. It’s a beautiful full gown and I always felt beautiful in it.
