Vintage Black Mod / Steampunk Overcoat

I love this coat but it is a little mysterious as it has no label to the maker I can tell by the stitching & the way it's put together that it is obviously vintage. The tag pictured is the only thing I could find that also looks very old as well. It seems to be a wool coat or wool blend on the exterior while the interior is silky but definitely not real. I'm guessing maybe 60s or early 70s? It looks kind of mod or steampunk. This coat is a statement on its own & goes with anything! Petite M or S
