Vintage Black Lace Up Oxford Platform Shoes

These booties are super cute! Great platform heel and soles. There is however, moderate wear on the outside of the shoe part, looks like chipping or white marks on the black part. Laces up the front. The inside is a red flannel. Tagged womens 9 but they fit super small so I’m going to tag them as an 8. These may need new insoles? Price reflects damage.
