I love this gorgeous Vintage Dress!!! Top portion done in Black, Gold & Silver Lame Rose print w/a square neckline in front/back. Zips in back. Fully-lined in a black (polyester?) fabric & bottom black overskirt feels like a silk crepe. No fabric/size tag ~ surmise to be a Small/Extra Small. Measured flat: 16” under arms across bust; 12” across waist; 38” from shoulder to bottom hem; 24” from waist to bottom hem; sleeves 22-1/2”. In excellent preowned vintage condition. Smoke-free home.
