Vintage Black Flower on Gold Brooch Upcycled

I do a lot of jewelry restoration, preservation, and recreating, revitalizing & renewing. This is a project of mine that started with a large vintage gold-colored floral brooch with a pearl beaded centerpiece that was barely hanging in there. I have given it a trendy modern look by layering a black flower that harbors a crystal flower center (which was purchased NEW as a pair of earrings that had damage.) I decided to not use the original pearl centerpiece in the new creation. I've repurposed the flower to become the new centerpiece inside the distressed gold brooch.
