Vintage black circle skirt with white and green floral pattern. Has elastic in the back waist. By Sag Harbor. 100% rayon, made in Sri Lanka. Unlined. Marked a size S- waist is 26" unstretched, can stretch to about 30", 20" long. In great condition.
