Vintage Black Evening Sleeveless Cocktail Dress

I absolutely LOVE this sleeveless dress! Awesom neckline and cut, chiffon gathers all about, and the waist is accentuated with a criss-cross black velvet ribbon design. The back has a hidden metal zipper, and there are two flat ribbon bows that cross overtop of the zipper. Inside fully lined. No size or fabric tag but feels like a polyester crepe. Measured flat: shoulder to hem 42"; under arms across chest 19-1/2"; waist 13" (28" around). In perfect vintage condition. Smoke-free home.
