Vintage Black Cynthia Steffe pencil skirt. Really pretty frilly texture/embroidery. Hits at the top of my knee (I’m 5’5). Runs small, as most vintage does. vintage size 8, fits like a current 4. Zip closure. Excellent condition with no flaws. Exterior is 100% wool.
