This dress is stunning! It's a 90s Vintage Biya Rated R by Johnny Was Black Velvet Gown / Formal Long Dress. Neckline is a really pretty heart shape V w/ off the shoulders cap sleeves. Classic black crushed soft velvet. (18% silk 82% rayon) Bust is approx. 36”/ Waist is approx 32” / Length is approx. 50" Dress is in amazing vintage condition. Exterior has no flaws or signs of wear or it's age. Some of the lining at the chest needs to be restitched. It's catching on the back zipper making closure a teeny bit funky. Zip will be clean and hidden once upper lining is fixed. Tag says size large but in 2024 its more of a small/medium so check measurements Offers Welcome!
