This skirt is in very good vintage condition. The only signs of wear are two pinholes (see pics) they do not seem to go all the way through or be spreading. Otherwise there are no stains or other signs of wear. The contents tag is missing. I was able to find the information with research. 100% cotton and made in the USA. “Low rise” based on the rise from the zipper, but can be placed as is comfortable. Button, hook and bar, and zipper closure. Intentionally factory frayed hem. This unique piece gives western and bohemian. Great for casual wear or a festival/rodeo. My shortness is your gain.
