Rare!!! Betty Barclay vintage genuine suede fringe vest. Coastal cowgirl is what’s in and this vest can be the shining star of your wardrobe. This piece is in excellent condition- it is vintage and so considered “pre loved” but someone took awesome care of this beauty. I would never part with it if it fit me but it’s a true size 6 and would be fit someone size small or xs to fit correctly.
