Vintage Betsy Johnson almost knee length lightweight jacket. Snaps closed with heart shaped buttons. Pockets, belt and ruffled bottom. Pink polyester lining. Shell and exterior are 59%cotton 41%nylon. It is decent as a rain jacket (you still need an umbrella, though.)
