Poncho, Bolero Cape, I guess capelet is the best was to describe it. Cream, Ivory, Off white mesh tulle in multiple tiers cover the entirety. Double hook and eye closure at throat punctuated by a bow. Can be worn as intended as a capelet but I also wore it as a sort of collar over a the shoulders of a coat to give it a more whimsical look.
