Vintage Betsey Johnson top or tunic. I collected Betsey in the 80s and 90s. I wore this one time. It is a stunning piece. One if a kind. Size 6 but please look at measurements. It fits like a small in my opinion. You can loosen ties a little to make it slightly larger.
