Vintage RARE Puff Sleeve long jacket by Betsey Johnson in a metallic blue/green with hints of gold throughout, woven fabric, with black velvet trim. There are snaps up the front for closure and a velvet tie at the front of the empire waist. This piece is so pretty you might say just a little gem and I scoured the internet for stock photos and can't believe I found them.
