Vintage 90s Betsey Johnson New York Label. Dark emerald Green midi velvet skirt. Flares out at the bottom. Zips up the side. Very soft and luxurious. The inside layer is nice too so it's not scratchy at all. The velvet had a shine to it. Perfrct for Holiday Christmas parties or new years! Good used condition. Measurements in pics.
