Vintage Betsey Johnson Floral Empire Waist Swing Dress

Super hard to find, gorgeous floral and lovers patterned dress. Material tag is missing, but it's a shiny, silky fabric with a tiny bit of stretch. Dress features an empire bustline with long ties to cinch it up in the back. The sleeves are 3/4 with a bell shape and ruffled edge. Skirt is full. In like new condition...Sz S
