Vintage Betsey Johnson 90s Y2k Fringe Black Mesh Dress

This dress is a showstopper Vintage Betsey circa 90s Y2K Scoop neck Fringe detail on neck and hem Adjustable mesh straps Materials tag is missing but feels like stretch poly with a mesh overlay Size M but runs smaller. Dress does have some stretch though. I’m a Small- Medium and I feel like it’s a smidge tight and would best fit a true small Midi length. Approximately 38” long - longer if you measure fringe. Good vintage condition. There is a small tear in mesh lining along one of the side seems. Hard to see when worn and easily mended as it is along seem. A few small pulls in mesh. Please see photos.
