Vintage Berman's The Leather Expert Brown Suede Fringe Jacket

Not sure what year this is from. It's in great condition. The problem is it runs very small!! The tag says size 8 but I would equate it to an XS. There are some marks on it as to be expected from a vintage jacket so I included photos of that. The jacket is also cropped and dry clean only! It would be best worn in the spring/early fall as it's very tight so a sweater probably wouldn't fit underneath.
