Vintage Bear & Honey Barrel Salt & Pepper Shakers Adorable Set Please Read

These are from a smoke-free home, they do show some wear and age, they feel heqvier than ceramic ro me and could be more of a chalware but I am not positive. Some areas of paint loss and a chip on the tip of one of the bears left ear. Not marked on the bottom and the stoppers are missing and in place of them is old masking tape. The tag on the front of each barrel is worn away but i can make out on one that they are from rib mountain park in Wausau Wisconsin . About 3 1/2 inches high
