This wonderful Rising Star Barbie was created in 1998 by Mattel. She comes with a microphone, an award, and a musical single CD. She is new in the box and never removed. CD has never been opened. She is wearing a long blue gown with long silver fringe and gold accents with a high silver lined collar. Her matching choker and earrings complete her ensemble.
