Vintage Banana Republic Button Front Maxi Skirt

90ies flowy skirt; says size 10, but feels smaller, I'm selling it as a size M; says dry clean but can be hand washed; due to age there are two small holes that have been fixed (see pictures), but they are not noticeable when worn; last button on bottom is missing, skirt does not come with the belt shown in picture.
