Vintage Balloon Party Dress

Lovely vintage party dress with double balloon skirt. 100% polished cotton, with gathered fitted bodice. Pin-up style straps with bows on both shoulders. Custom made for size 4-6 approx. 5' 9" or 5' 10" tall runway model. It was donned on a few university fashion shows. There are a few very small stains on the skirt but not very noticeable.
