Vintage Ballantyne Cashmere pencil skirt

Vintage Ballantyne Cashmere Pencil skirt. I wants to say it’s great Condition. Perhaps this cashmere skirt was poorly preserved, and there are some flaws. 3 smalls holes. back of skirt and hem( inside of the skirt)　and top of front side and there are holes in the thread where the skirt is sewn together. ( I believe it’s easy to repair) and the liner seams on both side are torn. Again otherwise is great! No size tag Please check all the images for the details.
