Vintage Babytex 2 piece knit romper and sweater

This is a beautifully sweet and detailed vintage 2-pieced garment from approximately the late 1970s, early 1980s. The label is Babytex. It is made in Lebanon. The garment is perfect except for a flaw on the front crotch area. It appears a piece of thread was pulled out. There are no loose ends, so it could be a manufacturing defect.
