Vintage Baby Togs Smocked Sailboat Nautical 6-9m Baby Romper

Vintage Baby Togs nautical baby romper, size 6-9 months. The white romper has a smocked chest with embroidered sailboats and birds on water. It is in fair condition because it looks like the red tie on the color bled onto the surrounding white area, causing that area to turn a light pink. I have not attempted to treat the color bleed (perhaps color catchers would work but I don’t have any on hand to try!).
