Vintage BETSY AND BABS Pink and White Formal Dress Prom Dress Bridesmaid Dress

Vintage early 00s (maybe late 90s) springtime formal dress. White with pink flowers, fully lined, pink floral overlay of crinkly acetate and beaded detail, layers and layers of crinoline in the full, floor length skirt. Lightly ribbed bodice, sleeveless with sweetheart neckline, gathered at side bodice to reveal beaded tulle panel. So much dress! It’s really lovely. White protective garment bag included. A bit of a wounded bird but entirely wearable or fixable. There are a couple of tears to the crinoline panel, some missing/loose beads, a tiny pin spot stain, light fraying in spots at the hem, and slight sweat stain to lining around pits/breast (not noticeable when wearing). Torn tulle could be replaced or could be snipped at the tear to camouflage when wearing. Flaws are reflected in the price.
