Gorgeous dress with elastic top, lace trim and tie. Amazing vintage BETSEY piece from the 2000s. Because of the stretch top it can fit a few sizes, for instance the dress form is a slim 8. So it’s likely good for S to M even though it is a 4, doesn’t run as small as typical vintage Bj because of the elastic smocked top! 🎀 Very good preowned condition, tiny issue amidst the flowers (see 3rd pic close up). Elastic still has full stretch. Slight high low style. Perfect ditsy floral print and great colors! Love this it’s just a bit too short for me in the front.
