This hat features a netted band surrounding the crown and brim edge that finishes in a fancy crossover topped with a large ruffled black silk flower. Inside lined in a black grosgrain ribbon and inside circumference measures approximately 22”; crown height 6-1/2”; brim 4-1/2”. In excellent preowned vintage condition. Smoke-free home.
