Vintage BEBE Black & White Gingham Spaghetti Adjustable Strap Dress Padded XXS

I wore this dress for my 41st BD over 15 years ago! It makes “the girls” look good with a padded top and has a very figure flattering fit & flare cut. I am 32c-24-32 to get an idea. You can have bigger hips but I wouldn’t suggest a bust more than 34. It’s a true XXS with a zippered back. I am 5’2” with 4 inch heels on and it hit my thigh.
