This gently worn vintage dress features a dropped waist, adjustable criss cross halter straps, sweetheart neckline, built in cups, ruched waist, & colorful satin handkerchief skirt. Top is made of stretchy fabric w/ a lot of give for the perfect fit.Fabric lightly pulled in a couple places (pictured) but hardly noticeable.
