Vintage Avon rhinestone and pink opal ring

I have had this ring for a very long time. Never wore much, it's a little big for me. I would guess a 5 or 5.5. Gold tone with six rhinestones and pink opals- I do not know if the opals are real, they are more than likely faux opals. It's very pretty and the photos don't do it justice. Pre loved so there might be a few tiny scratches on the ring part but area with stones is perfect.
