Vintage Avon pixie or elf on tulip bell from 1983. Marked inside. Stiker inside says its an Avon exclusive. Hand painted white porcelain. White tulip with green stem and clover leaves. Pixie/elf has multi-color clothes, flower hat. Tulip has gloss glaze, rest has matte glaze. Porcelain clapper with goldtone chain. 4 5/8 inches high, opening diameter 2 3/4 inches. Good condition, no chips or cracks.
