Marked NRT which manufactured for Avon. She’ll set with rhinestones with rhinestone bezel loop round it. Separate charm is pearls and crystals. Brass colored 16” chain with detachable 3” adjuster. Clasp on adjuster is a bit difficult to operate. A little lubricant could be used but I have not done that.
