Vintage Avon Gold Tone Balloon Necklace

Vintage Avon gold tone balloon rope necklace. Necklace is 36" long. Detachable pendants are each about 4 inches long. Heavy chain loops that end with clasps that each have an open ballon pendant with a tassel hanging from each. The balloons have clasps and can be removed if you want.
