Vintage Avon Compact Rouge Shade No. 4 Collectable Pot

From the Avon 1942 catalog, this vintage makeup compact is a powder rouge with label sticker still attached; Color Harmony No. 4 Although it's used, it's not for intent to apply to the skin - this would be for collectible decor for vanity top, photo props, etc... There is no powder puff or applicator pad with this, as originally marketed. I have modified this by adding some acrylic flower accents I hand painted & placed onto the whimsical filigree design on top of the lid. I do a lot of restoration, preservation & rejuvenation to older pieces & I enjoy redesigning, repairing, renewing & revamping vintage jewelry and accessories. I have included a photo of its original condition before I have upcycled this with modifications. Due to age, this is intended for use as decoration, not to apply onto skin.
