Vintage Authentic 80's Flared Velvet Halter Sweetheart Cocktail Party Prom Dress

This is a fun and flirty vintage 1980's Deep Emerald Green Velvet party dress. It features a fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline. Made with an around the neck halter strap. The skirt is flared, complete with a second layered that is trimmed in tulle. In fantastic vintage condition. I think of your shorter you might have to shorten the neck strap (it must have been made for someone tall!). The model is wearing the dress with the strap pinned shorter for her. Sheb is a size 2 and this fits comfortably. Sorry for the wrinkles, I did not have the time to iron. The dress is lined in a Black fabric. It is in great vintage condition as it's a authentic piece.
