Since this is vintage and Scottish, I assume the sizing is actually UK sizing (see chart), which would make this a vintage size 10, please see measurements. Adjustable leather strap on each side. Flat front with frayed overlay. Pleating in the back. Original tag still attached. Dry clean only. Flat lay waist is approximately 13.5 inches with the adjustable strap on each side on the middle hole. Length is about 18". Feel free to ask any questions.
