Vintage Asian

These are vintage wooden chopsticks and a Bakelite cart and I think this is Japanese. I don’t see any markings, except on the back of the cart that is decorated and appears to be Japanese to me. She is missing her umbrella. The wheels turn perfectly and quietly and this is a good hard vintage plastic material. So cute. Selling both for one price.
