Vintage Artisan Large Shanghai Handicrafts Woven Goose Duck Wicker Arts and Wood

This is a vintage Shanghai Handicrafts, Made in the Peoples Republic of China, finely woven goose basket with hinged lid. Really great condition. I have done my best to depict it's condition in my photos. The hinges are a tad loose and there's an old handwritten price tag on the inside of the lid, which does not reflect my price, however I wanted to let you know it's attached there and you should be able to take it off, soak it off or leave it. This piece reflects the high quality artisan work representative of Shanghai Handicrafts in the 1960s and 1970s. The exact date of this piece is unknown but the Shanghai Handicrafts tag is still on the bottom with item #329-101. Beautifully woven, rich colors and great woodwork make this a goose with a lot of character. No chips or cracks in it's lined/coated interior.
