Vintage Artegreen 1950's Hand Painted Sequin Artsy Mexican Skirt M

Good condition. Tag says size M. Measurement is 28" so appears to be more like a small. One Google site has a similar Artegreen skirt priced at $450. The hand painted colors may have bled into other areas of the skirt or it was intentionally made that way. I am not sure. Note that the brownish & yellow colors and dots of colors are the same as in the picture colors. They do not appear to be stains as they are throughout the fabric. There are 2 pockets on the sides. The back waistband has 2 straps that connect around the waist with 2 hook & eyes. The front waistband has ties on the sides that wrap around to the back and tie.
