Vintage Art Nouveau Rhinestone tortoise Shell brooch Pin Made In France

For your consideration, this Lovely vintage sqaure brooch. **Engraved Made in France** The circular base of the brooch is carved celluloid with a faux tortoise shell finish. The rounded top surface has been decorated with floral textured carving and studded with lovely turquoise cabochons. The even colour of the cabochons makes me think they are probably faux turquoise glass, but it is possibly they are real turquoise. The brooch has a diameter of 1.5 inches and fastens with a secure gold tone trombone clasp, which often indicates the piece was produced in France (though not always).
